need help on problem with MT4

Aloha,
I have a question that i hope someone can answer
1. When I close MT4, and re-open it, i loose all the tool bar options, and the terminal at the bottom.
I dont loose my charts or templates, just the above.
Its more an irritation because i have to keep re loading the tool bar stuff back in evertime i switch accounts or log out...
I tried to reinstall mt4 and i get the same thing....
