Among other characters, it excludes spaces and slashes as file/path name of your EA.

It = the script verifying the file upload.
Probably read carefully the message display during upload and compare the message with how your EA file is named can solve your problem.

Some days ago, this problem persistent on this site. May be you have old page in cash of browser. Try reload page (Ctrl+F5) in browser.
