Need To modify this indicator to Expert Advisor

Hi brothers !

I need someone help me. I've got a good and simple Indicator
but I want to use it as Expert Advisor. I'm cannot program it.
It work very well in 15Mn, 30Mn chart with EUR/USD and the best GBP

such indicator can be used to check past, can not used to Send Order at NOW!
since its signal can be change with time, not fix,  in other word ,it is used for past, not foe future.

hhb = Highest(NULL,0,MODE_HIGH,dist,i-dist/2);
llb = Lowest(NULL,0,MODE_LOW,dist,i-dist/2);
such signal can be change with time, not fix, so can not used for Expert Advisor.
 It is still used as a indicator for men.
