Processor interupt and ea's

I was thinking that my ea (which depends on ms time) running with 200 others might not trigger correctly, because 200 ea's on the server and each one taking at least 20ms would cycle each ea every 4 seconds, which would kill my ea, but got to thinking, the system uses an interupt during each cycle to allocate time to the programs, screen update, check ports, etc... so......... will my ea run along with all the others on a shared basis or what is goning to happen? is my ea going to run normally? each pip? or will it have to wait its turn every 4 seconds?
the answer is on the tip of my tongue, but the brain can't push it out.. I think the processor takes care of that and allocates time each cycle to each ea..
