Backtesting is all good, only issue it does not consider how you would have traded. Since your trade also has an impact on the price of the underlying asset

Has anyone used the RSI on the metatrader 5 terminal. Theory is that RSI reaches 70, it triggers a sell and when it reaches 30 it triggers a buy signal.
For some reason it seems to be doing exactly the opposite, when I use it. Could the fault be with my settings?
I'm using the RSI in an EA generated by the mql5 wizard
