Ea with DLL patch

Hey every one, I hope one of you can help me. I bought an Ea outside of mql5 website. The programmer of the Ea send me a dll patch as code but I'm not sure what to do with it and how to get ist run... Is there someone who knows such things and how to install or implement the dll patch? Thx
