Don't let him become your developer, because while the backtesting system may seem fine, after running in the real market for a while, the program might suddenly fail to check the entry conditions and open positions at duplicate locations, causing your account balance to drop to zero in a single day—a nightmare for everyone! This is simply because there's a bug in the code.

I asked him why orders were being missed, and he added a retry function for me. However, orders were still being missed, so I gradually increased the retry count from 1 to 999,999. I assumed that 999,999 retry counts would prevent missed orders, and I had done backtesting, which didn't show this problem. Then, EA opened all positions at almost the same price, and my account immediately went to zero. Later, I asked someone, and it turned out that the retry function didn't check if the orders met the opening conditions. He hadn't told me this, which caused me significant losses.
