I seriously think there is a flaw in the way EA's are purchased. If Seller is being ignorant and avoiding supporting their customers or they are in process of being banned and one day left on EA payment transfer, then all transfer to their account should be stopped.

If a coder is not supporting their product then there should be a waiver that allows for money to be extracted from their MQL5 account . There should be protection to the customer at all times, else this is scamming. We need protection. If going into a shop to buy a pint of milk I have customer satisfaction if the milk is off why isn't it the same for EA's that are good on strategy testing but poor in lives, Sellers need to take ownership of the code or product. MQL5.com please can you better your service as this is really sad that this is happening. there must be a 14 day period when even if installed if the customer is not happy with the support or not getting support they get their money back. PROTECT THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why ban him? When I need support this hinders my customer experience? You need to consider customer experience as well as customer focus! Your process need to be reviewed... it’s will mql5 more credible... atm I am having a sad experience and have told many friends the poor customer service and scam behavior mql5 is allowing.. even though the scammy behavior your allowing might not be intentional you will do well to start focusing on better customer support, client support and vetting sellers and vetting the way they publish EA with forward testing ... else what’s the whole point of buying an EA. You get money in your pocket ? And the customer-suffers?? Are you that interested in the customer?
