Been trading this setup on gold for over a year. The concept is straightforward - XAUUSD consolidates overnight during the Asian session, then breaks out hard when London opens. The direction of that breakout is correct roughly 60-65% of the time. This isn't some indicator trick, it's how the market actually works - institutional order flow hits when London desks open.
