Hello,
I am experiencing issues when trying to download any Expert Advisor from the MQL5 Market in MetaTrader 5. The Journal always shows the following message:
“failed download product – error 500”
Here is what I have already tested without success:
Tried on different computers and also outside my VPS
Logged in with different broker (MT5) accounts
Ran MT5 as Administrator
Logged out and logged back into the MQL5 Community tab inside MT5
Deleted the MQL5/Market and Logs folders and reinstalled MT5 in a clean folder
The website www.mql5.com
opens normally in my browser
To verify if the issue was related to my account, I attempted to create a new MQL5 account, but the verification email is never received, even after several attempts.
I checked Spam/Junk folders. I also tried using another email address and another computer — still no verification email is sent.
This makes me believe the issue might be related to a problem on the MQL5 Market server side or with the MQL5 email delivery system.
Could you please check if there is any block, error with my MQL5 account, or if there is a general issue affecting the Market servers?
