I was an architect for 10 years before I got into algo trading in 2020. I started by automating my own strategies on MetaTrader, and over time it became my job.
I build EAs and custom indicators for MT4 and MT5, and connect them to APIs when a project needs it. I've completed 129 jobs here, plus work on Upwork and Freelancer, for clients in the UK, Australia, Europe and the US.
I also trade with my own EAs, so I know a good backtest doesn't mean much until the strategy holds up live. If I think your idea will only work in the tester, I'll tell you before I build it.
