Hello, I purchased the signal “Forte Oro EA”, but immediately after activating it, MetaTrader showed the following error: “position XAUUSD skipped as no symbol found” The signal provider trades XAUUSD, while my broker uses XAUUSD-STD. As a result, the main gold trades cannot be copied and the service is unusable on my account. I discovered the incompatibility immediately after purchase and I have not been able to use the signal as intended. I kindly request cancellation of the subscription and a refund, preferably to my MQL5 account balance. I have attached a screenshot of the MetaTrader Journal showing the error. Thank you.
