I need a Metatrader4 Indicator 
Please look at the Pictures example and discribtion than you will understand what i want !!!

I need the possibility to change the MAs 12,18,20,27,30,34,50,100,200 etc also which kinds of MA SMA/EMA etc.
I need mobile push message and alert on screen by signals witch Name of the pair and Long ore short. 
It has to work on every timeframe on every chart. 


Long example

1 is the first MA which shows the direction of signals in this case price over the MA so only Long signals.

2 second MA 

3 candel price close under the second MA

4 candel price close over the second MA = Signal Long 

5 i want a arrow in the direction of the signal under the signal candel


Short example 

1 is the first MA which shows the direction of signals in this case price under the MA so only Short signals.

2 second MA

3 candel price close over the second MA

4 candel price close under the second MA = Signal Short

5 5 i want a arrow in the direction of the signal under the signal candel
