Copy trade from mt5 to binance

I'm looking for a programmer to code  for me a tool that will copy my mt5 trades to binance platform via api.

I want to copy the open and closed positions of MT5 to Binance.
It is supposed to copy the EA position.

support the following 3 APIs
https://api.binance.com (fot Spot trading)
https://fapi.binance.com (for Futures trading)
https://dapi.binance.com (for COIN-M Futures trading)

I would like the following features.
1.Specify lot by fixed or Coefficient lot.
2.Copy with delay.
For example, wait until the position rate gains x points in binance.
Do not copy if it does not gain an advantage within x seconds.
3. Binance position displayed on the chart.

I need the source code.
If you also create an MT4 version, increase my work budget.
