A fully mechanical, rule-based trading signal for Gold (XAUUSD), built on dynamic support/resistance pivot breakout logic. Every trade uses a fixed stop-loss and take-profit (Risk:Reward ≈ 1:3.5) - no martingale, no grid, no hedging, no discretionary intervention. All entries and exits are executed automatically by the underlying system.
Trading approach:
- Detects swing pivot highs/lows and enters on confirmed breakout via pending stop orders.
- Fixed risk per trade - no position size increases after a loss.
- Spread and slippage filters to avoid poor-execution entries.
- Optional session-time filter to limit trading to specific hours.
Strategy background:
This signal is based on a mechanical system that was extensively backtested (XAUUSD M5, 2022–2025) prior to live deployment, with parameter robustness checks to reduce curve-fitting risk. Full backtest methodology available on request.
