Want to develop new EA depend depend on 2 MA and sort of hedging option

Hi everyone, I like to build EA that depend on following strategy:

Enter position when 2 moving averages crosses which is confirmed by candle close and best by the arrow of the attached indicator when it appears at cross (build its code in the EA so no need to attach it to the chart), and in case if the 2 moving averages crosses again in opposite direction without reaching the take profit, it open opposite order with bigger lot (depend on lot multiplier that built in EA) and so on tell specified profit target is hit for the last taken order, which will then close all opened order taken by this EA on the running pair.

The EA will have these options:

- fast MA : 5 EMA is the default but with (all barameters can be adjusted)

- Slow MA : 10 EMA is the default but with  (all parameters can be adjusted)

- lot multiplier : 2 is the default but it can be adjusted from 1 to 10 (like 1.3, 1.8 .. 3.2 etc)

- Take profit :  either by:  - Fixed profit: yes or no , size : 1 pip to 1000 pip

                               or            - total orders final profit: yes or no , size: 1 cent (0.01 dollar) to 1 million dollars (it means EA will close all opened positions by the EA if the sum of all orders reached profit specified from 1 cent up to 1 million dollar 1000000.00)

- Comment: I can write the comment that I want to appear in each order taken by the EA

- spread filter

- pips step filter: yes or NO , this option if active it means if EA want to open a new order away from last order by certain amount of pips which is equal to fixed take profit specified, it will close immediatly all previous opened orders by the EA and start over fresh with initial lot size set in EA.

- stop loss: yes or no, either by equity % or fixed stop loss

- max orders: 1 to 100

- close all order if it reaches max allowed : yes or no

- Time filter: yes or no : can set start and end time each day, also filter days of the week allowed the EA to operate and open fresh orders sequence (24 hours mode, example: 14 to 20). In the specified time, EA can open fresh new sequence of orders but if time is up and still some orders are opened by the EA, it will not stop and it will continue sequence of taken orders tell all these orders are closed and then it wont open fresh one as time is up this day.
