PSAR indicator

I want a simple indicator that works with Parabolic SAR.

The indicator will have input called Distance Calculator and the normal PSAR inputs.

For Buy:

The formula for distance calculator is = (PSAR dot 0  - PSAR dot 1) / (PSAR dot 1  - PSAR dot 2)

a.       The indicator always draws a red horizontal line on the CURRENT lower PSAR dot.

a.       The indicator uses the distance calculator = (PSAR dot 0  - PSAR dot 1) / (PSAR dot 1  - PSAR dot 2) to get a value.

b.       If the input value of the distance calculator = 2, and the value obtained after calculating by the indicator is >= 2.13, then the red line changes to 1 green horizontal line and 1 green vertical line on that current PSAR dot (i.e 1 green horizontal and 1 green vertical), the indicator also sounds an alarm 3 times, and  shows BUY pop up notification of the currency pair.  

c.       If the calculated value is less that the input distance calculator, then do nothing.

Note there will only be one line on the chart at every point in time, i.e Current PSAR dot.

For Sell:

The formula for distance calculator is = (PSAR dot 1  - PSAR dot 0) / (PSAR dot 2 - PSAR dot 1)

a.       The indicator always draws a red horizontal line on the CURRENT upper PSAR dot.

b.       The indicator uses the distance calculator = (PSAR dot 1  - PSAR dot 0) / (PSAR dot 2 - PSAR dot 1)to get a value.

c.       If the input value of the distance calculator = 2, and the value obtained after calculating by the indicator is >= 3.27, then the red line changes to 1 green horizontal line and 1 green vertical line on that current PSAR dot (i.e 1 green horizontal and 1 green vertical), the indicator also sounds an alarm 3 times, and  shows SELL pop up notification of the currency pair.  

d.       If the calculated value is less that the input distance calculator, then do nothing.
