Modification request

Using Montiero_ea again, this time there will be a timer added to it.

For example, x = number of minutes until another order can be placed.

"X" can be any number I place.  If I place 30, once a order has been placed after it has been closed, the next open order cannot be placed until 30 minutes after the previous order.

I want the ability to place any number so that after an order has been closed, the next open order will NOT be placed until "X" minutes have been fulfilled.

Here is another example:

X = 30mins

1. An open buy order has been placed 1 lot (1.2301) of eur/usd @ 9:00am

2. The order closed was closed for 1 lot (1.2351) of eur/usd @ 9:30am

3. Next order will not open until 10am.
