EA developent needed

Good day developers,

I require a simple EA that trades according to the following features:

1. Operates in Metatrader 4
2. Trades both long and short simultaneously on the same pair
3. Run each pair in two charts, one for long and one for short
4. Multiple, unlimited number of forex, comex, index and crypto pairs can be traded simultaneously
5. Works on user selected time frame
6. Initiates trades based on the chart timeframe for the forex pair
7. Initiates first long trade when no other long trades are open; and first short trade when no other short trades are open. For clarity, when first commenced, both long and short trades will open simultaneously
8. User variables will include (see attached image):
1. Magic Number (unique EA number for trades)
2. Lot Exponent (factor to multiply lot size on successive trades)
3. Initial Lot Size
4. Take Profit (set number of pips to close each trade in profit)
5. Stop Loss (set number of pips to close at maximum acceptable loss)
6. Pips Step (number of pips difference before second and subsequent trades are initiated)
7. Max Trades (maximum number of trades opened)
8. Lock Profit (number of pips from entry when trailing stop is activated
9. Trailing Stop (number of pips moved behind trade once Lock Profit hit)
10. Daily Max Draw Down % (maximum daily draw down for current pair, either long or short, not both)
9. Average open trades based on when multiple trades are running 
10. Long and short trades in the same pair run independently
