EA optimizing by an experienced professional

We are looking for an experienced professional to help us to achieve our ambitious targets.
Specifically, we need to bring a good performing EA to the next level in finding the most optimal settings for max risk management and profit. While the EA currently performs well, we need to prepare it to function for institutional trading.
The job is about finding optimal values and combinations for multiple parameters like TP, SL, Lot Multiplier, Distance, Max trades. The strategy is a MA cross with Stoch (we can provide mt4 or mt5).
The analyst we are looking for needs to be able to find those optimal settings and perform extensive back testing, going back 20 years in time. What matters in this job is top quality of the analysis and extensive expertise.
