The attached code attempts to send a custom sound alert when all 4 stochastic are at a certain level within the last X bars.
As of now it does not seem to work. Need someone to test a lot and debug it.

Purpose:
The Quad Stochastic Alert EA monitors four separate Stochastic Oscillators with distinct parameters. When all specified conditions across these oscillators are met within a defined look-back period, the EA triggers a customizable alert to notify the trader.
2. Functional Requirements
Stochastic Oscillators Monitoring:
Four (4) Stochastic Oscillators with individual configurations.
Each oscillator calculates both %K and %D values based on user-defined parameters.
Alert Conditions:
Alerts are triggered when the %D values of all four stochastic oscillators cross their respective upper and/or lower levels within the last X bars (look-back period).
Users can enable or disable alerts for upper and lower level crossings for each oscillator independently.
Alert Actions:
Play a customizable sound.
Display a notification message on the chart.
(Optional) Send email or mobile notifications.
