Need to copy a strategy from MQL4 to api binance

I have a strategy in BTC / USD that requires spread and ultra-low commissions in cryptocurrencies, so I have chosen to replicate my strategy from an mt4 to the binance api.

If in MT4 the strategy opens a BUY, you must also open a buy in binance through its api, if this operation is closed in MT4 it should also be closed automatically in binance, this could be directly in BTC / USDT binance futures or binance spot market.
