Expert Advisor Copier (MT4 to MT4)

I think this is quite straight forward. EA that will do the copier from MT4 to MT4 ;

1.   There will be 2 EA

i) To attach to Master Account

ii)  To attach to Slave Account

2.  I can attach the EA to unlimited number of Slave account

3.  There will be column in the input section :

i) Lot Size ( which I can change any lot on every slave account that I wish)

ii) % of maximum drawdown. For example I want the EA to auto close all position when equity reach certain %

Few question from me,

1. What is the range of the delay execution from Master to Slave account?

2. If I want to add to let say 100 number of Slave account(maybe 10 different VPS), is there any side effect such delay/potential the EA wont receive signal from Master account?
