I'm wondering if it's possible to make an MT5 tool which, when equity drops below either a certain value, or beyond a certain % drawdown, then robot is removed from chart,automatic trading disabled and all open trades closed as quickly as possible?

I'm using MT5 EA's, and they are making the trades, so it would be good to have a tool which would essentially override these robots, by removing them on chart, turning off automatic trading in MT4, and then closing all the open trades.
