The profit-only EA Based on timing indicator is needed

I'm in need of a new EA, I’m using the timinng indicator. The EA should automatically only open BUY trades whenever the timing indicator turn Blue (Buy)- Buy trades must close automatically as the line turns Red. The EA should automatically only open SELL trades whenever the timing indicator turn White (SELL)- SELL trades must close automatically as the line turns Red. The EA must make a profit only. The developer must find ways of avoiding loss during retracement/market confusion (Red). The developer must find the best parameters for this EA and backtest it.
