Strength of Heat Conversion

I have an existing MQL4 indicator that I need converted to MQL$ as well as extended 

Conversion

- This is straight forward, The conversion should be an exact match visually as well as input variables. 
- The code can be modified or re-written from scratch, whichever is easiest,  as long as the numbers are identical.

 Extension

Currently the indicator has no buffers for strength and heat price. As you will see all calculations are done on PERIOD_D1 bar 0.  

I need the following extended in the MQL5 version 

1. Create 8 Buffers for Basket Strength History.  These 8 buffers should represent the 8 elements in the array baskets on code line 26.  The values for these 8 are populated in the function Strength() on code line 94
2. Create 28 Buffers for Pair Heat History. These 28 buffers should represent the 28 elements in the array pairs on code line 28. The values for these 28 are populated in the function Heat() on code line 47
3. The history buffers will be based off of the PRICE_CLOSE for the period.  On code line 116 you will see that the MODE_BID price is being used as its calculating on PERIOD_D1 bar 0. This can be changed to use PRICE_CLOSE of the shifted period. 
4. While the indicator is loading the history place a canvas that fills the chart over everything with a loading message ( eg.  Loading EUR/USD ( pair 1 of 28 ) ( Loading Basket USD 1 of 8 ) . An example of exactly how this canvas should look can be found here https://www.mql5.com/en/articles/754.
