Fib Level alert v1.0

Hi, I was wondering if somebody can code the below for me. This will also lead to future work. Please see below and attachment for picture examples.

CRITERIA (Sell example)
When a candle closes opposite to the one before (as per example) it will draw fib level from the highest point (which could be the high of the first OR second candle) to the low of the second candle. It will also draw the 61.8 and 38.2 levels.

Then if price returns to 50% level during the next candle then an alert will be sent to my phone and a down arrow drawn. If price doesn’t hit 50% level then fibs will be deleted until a new one is drawn when the above criteria is met.
Opposite rules for buy trades.

The above is also based on as per input settings below.


Example Alert (push notification to phone) will say
GBPJPY H4 SELL 50% LEVEL

Requirements
-Fibs that are drawn to stay on the chart no matter what timeframe the chart is on. Eg if timeframe for alert input setting =4hr, then it will still draw the fibs based on this timeframe even if chart is currently on 1hr or any other timeframe.

-Fibs that are drawn should be red and only show high and low of range and the 50%, the 38.2 and 61.2% level.
See example below.
-If 50% level of the fibs isn’t hit, then fibs will be deleted as soon as the next candle opens. But if price does hit 50% level, then fibs and arrow will remain on the chart always.

-Only one alert to be sent once the criteria is met. It will need new trade criteria to form until another alert can be triggered.

-say somewhere on chart what timeframe it is looking for alerts, no matter what timeframe it is on.

Input settings
-Timeframe for alert = 5min, 15min, 30min, 1hr, 4hr, daily, weekly (this is what timeframe the criteria must be met on for a alert to be sent no matter what the timeframe the chart is currently on)
-Level Closeness=2 (this is how close price in pips has to get to 50% level before alert is sent)
-Trigger with EMA =True/false (alert is only sent if fast EMA is crossed above slow EMA and alert is triggered in that direction)
-EMA fast=8
-EMA Slow=21
-Alert between times = true/false (alert will on be sent if it is triggered between these times)
-Alert start time= 00:00
-Alert start finish= 23.59
-Alert On=True/false
