Order Genersting Robot

I would like to have a Robot which will generate orders.1 I will choose Buy or sell 2 . How many pips should be between orders.3 How many positions can be opened . 4 all position liquidation. When I start for example Buy , robot should open first position if market go up after my selected pips robot should close position and same time open new position again Buy. If market goes down after my selected pips robot should open second position Buy when second position going up selected pips size robot should close second position. If there are 3 or 4 or ... 8 positions same should be done.
