2 RSI EA

Rules of EA
I want two RSI because I will use different levels of the rsi, and if the both rsi crosses  levels, than we have a signal.
Valid Buy
when the RSI 1 crosses over 30 upwards.
when RSI 2 crosses over 40 upwards.
If we have those two on the same candle, the next candle is a BUY.
Valid Sell
when the RSI 1 crosses over 70 upwards.
when RSI 2 crosses over 60 upwards.
If we have those two on the same candle, the next candle is a SELL.
