As setas são ilustradas de como eu quero que aconteça. 

Eu quero um indicador / sistema onde quando o preço estiver abaixo e tocar na linha horizontal superior que coloquei, abra essa seta vermelha (da imagem 1) para venda, e quando estiver acima da linha e toque na linha inferior, o indicador mostra a seta em verde para comprar. 

Programação de MQL4. 

O uso desta ideia é para um painel de controle de administração capitar o sinal das setas e dar a ordem para a corretora
