In the past I have hired alot of developers from mql5 and from different sites, and Farrukh has been the best so far in terms of communication, and smoothness of the work and a Job well done.

Spécifications

Create a martingale EA with hedging

Opens both buy and sell at the same time upon loading the EA into the chart.

Time based EA means when it loads to a 5 minute timeframe it will only open trades after 5mins when the pip distance is met.

The EA will have this settings

-PIP distance
-Take Profit
-Lot multiplier

The ea will also have a risk management with the following input

The Ea will have a dashboard that will show in the chart indicating the following details

-Account name
-Account number
-EA settings
-Current drawdown in % 
-Equity Value

EA comment will be "eliteforextrader"

The last detail is that We need to have a data base set up for the EA. so anyone who's account number can only use the EA. so if the account number is not on our list of registered user it will not work and a message will pop out saying "contact  support@eliteforextrader.com for your account activation" and I can later on edit on this

I will also get the source code so I can edit the comment of the ea from time to time.
