Request historic Data from MT4 upon server request

So we have a server that receives data from MT4 for X amount of pairs every second.  All information is being stored in the .CSV file.  We made a parser that reads through the .CSV file for each pair to see if there is any missing 1 minute due to the server being down or reboot etc.

I'm looking for someone to write / modify the script to be also able send historic data upon request from the server.

I look for someone who has already done that, and not someone who believes he can do it.  I dont have time to entertain learning ventures.

Prior to engaging i would like to see proof that work alike was done before hire.
