Dashboard Panel EA With Currency Strength and Candle Pattern

I have a dashboard EA I used in the past and worked well for multi pair currencies, with winning rate nearing 67% on 1:1  Risk:Reward with proper settings, but I could not get hold of the initial developer of the dashboard panel I assumed he his busy with other projects or does not code again.

I need a good coder for a long time project who can make a dashboard EA and support future development. The Dashboard will be able to trade 28 pairs on one chart and place trade based on certain logic and follow through the life time of EA using Currency Strength meter to trade strength against weakness.

Do you have experience in making dashboard or complex EA or like to work on new challenges Please apply and state your experience and links and screenshots of your past jobs you have done if you have available.

There will be column for 

Price Action direction

Candle strength/index direction

Moving averages/ bollinger band direction

Filters like ADR,RSI, TRAILING STOP E.T.C

I will get a detailed document with pictures across when a potential candidate is selected ad note this will be developed on MT4 and MT5 when when MT4 run as expected then will translate code to MT5.

The EA uses all 28 currencies to determine individual currency strength and basically trade strength versus weakness with price pattern. The strength have arbitrary number 0-8( highest is 8.0 and lowest is 0)
