Simple MQL5 that opens buy and sell orders at specific times of the day, and closes them at other specific times

Honestly, I could maybe figure out how to make this on my own, but I'd rather give 40$ to a professional and make sure things work well :)

I need an EA that checks the price at a specific time every day, like 1am, opens a buystop and sell stop at X pips from that amount (like +/- 150) and waits. If one order is triggerred, the other is cancelled.

The trade goes on until a specific time, unless it hits takeprofit or stoploss. For example, the order that started at 1am is closed at noon, no matter where it is. Then, another buystop/sellstop order can be placed. I'm thinking 2 possible trades a day is fine. 

For the trailing stop, I'd need a way to secure my initial input early, but then have a much wider trailing stop gap. For example, once a trade hits 100 point profits, move the stop loss to 0, but then the actual trailing stop margin would be much wider, or at least a different number that I can adjust.

Here's what I had in mind as inputs:

Hour In 1st trade (creates buystop/sellstop orders)

Hour Out 1sd trade (Closes active trades or pending orders)

Hour In 2nd Trade

Hour Out 2nd trade

Take Profit

Stop Loss

Trailing Stop Initial move

Trailing Stop

Lot size, both fixed and percentage of account
