Simple Momentum indicator based on candles

Hi, need a quick and good programmer to make an indicator for me.

It'll plot momentum signals on the chart based on FTR and FTB principles. 

Like in the attached file, it's simply for the brearish FTR to have a bullish candle between 2 bearish candles, and vice versa.

For the FTB, it's to have the mkt came back to test this period. So to make it easy, when a an FTR happens, just  draw a rectangle, the 

size of the engulfed candle for a certain number of candle, the user cand define, like for 10 or 50 candles more.

The last option will be the ability to receive push motifications. 

The budget is 30usd and for 1day.
