Draw on chart using csv data

Hi,

I have a CSV file with Date, time, value1, value2, value3, value4

I want to draw on MT4 as an indicator on seperate window the following buffers:

1. these 4 values

2. 2 new buffer based on these value such as

new1=value1+ value2+ value3- 3*value4;

new2=value1+ value2+ 2*value3- 3*value4;

I can change the formula in the MQL file.

it should allow me to change color just like regular indicator.

There is option for me to change the Max-Min Value of the indicator window.

in the MQL file,  It should allow me to change the style of draw like NONE , HISTOGRAM, ARROW... 

in the sample data here, Value1 and Value2 is line. Value 3 and 4 are arrow.
