Looking to create an Expert Advisor for MT4

Hello all,

I am looking for someone who can create the following EA - it must have the following options in the main menu:

Option 1: 4 EMA Cross Over Option > ON/OFF > allow any combination of up 4 ema cross-overs which tells the EA when to go long or short (from opening the trade to closing the trade - unless other options happen before the next cross-over)

Option 2: Stop Loss > ON/OFF > SET PRICE OR % LIMIT - allow stop loss to be set manually after trade has been opened or on EA's main menu

Option 3: Take Profits > ON/OFF > SET PRICE OR % LIMIT - allow take profits to be set manually after trade has been opened or on EA's main menu

Option 4: ONLY OPEN when... > ON/OFF > long when +DirectionalMovement# above -DirectionalMovement#, short when -DirectionalMovement# above +DirectionalMovement#

Option 5: ONLY CLOSE when MACD Histogram bar crossses above/below EMA # > ON/OFF > CLOSE LONG WHEN MACD HISTOGRAM BAR CROSS BELOW EMA #/ CLOSE SHORT WHEN MACD HISTOGRAM BAR CROSS ABOVE EMA #

*** RULE for Option 2, 3 & 5: WHATEVER HAPPENS FIRST ***

Option 6: Martingale > ON/OFF > SET LIMIT EXAMPLE: x1.10 = +10%, x1.20 = +20%... x2.00 = double down

*** RULE for Option 6: INCREASE LOT SIZE UNTIL WINNING TRADE ***

Option 7: Mirror ALL EA > ON/OFF > Execute opposite trades of the EA (ex: if condition was going long, now is short)

EA should be able to trade in any candle-bar time frame. EA should be able to run with all options ON.

I want this EA to be easy to use and created in a way in which it will be easy to add stuff in the future so please keep this mind! Add brief descriptions above the code explaining what is doing. 

Looking to be able to revise the EA 3 times.
