Fibonacci Level Breakout Indicator

I need a Fibonacci level indicator at a specific time frame as shown in the image below. The requirement of the indicator as listed below;

1. There are 3 different factors for entry(entry factor), tp (tp factor) and sl (sl factor) which is based on the range of high and lows. For normal range i.e. within 400 to 700 pips the factors will 1.618(entry), 2.0(tp), 0.618(sl). For lower range i.e. below 400 pips the factors will 2.618(entry), 3.0(tp), 0.5(sl) and for the high range i.e. above 700 pips the factors will 1.382(entry), 1.618(tp), 0.618(sl). All these variables should be editable values in the UI.
2. The time frame to be included i.e. start end time of the indicator and the session end time (length of the indicator). Refer the image below.
3. Colour the box in green if the candle cross above buy/sell stop level and reach tp level. Colour the box in red if the candle cross above buy/sell stop level and falls to sl level. If the candle reaches both sides of the buy/sell stop level, only show the first position colour. Show the profit/loss in the bottom of the coloured box in pips i.e. +200pips (for profit) and -200pips(for loss). 
4. Sum up total profit/loss in the coloured box for specific no of day i.e. 20 days (to include as a variable in UI) and show in the right corner of the chart.
