Modification of EA: Behaviour_Sequenced Fractal Combinator EA

1. Since the price for this job is fixed any Applicant/Developer interested is required to simply read the details of the attached documentation and determine whether or not he or she is able to meet with the specifications and delivery time that I require.
2. Each interested Applicant/Developer, must leave in writing a) an indication that he or she understands what the project entails and that he or she is willing and able to meet specifications and time limit, b) each applicant must also give me an idea of his or her experience or work scope – I am looking for experience which is why the value for this job is set as it has.
3. All the details required to execute this project is provided in the attached folder leaving only the signals to be supplied by me. The signals will only be made available to a selected developer with the acceptable experience/competency and time quote.
4. Any Applicant/Developer failing to meet any item above will be rejected outright and therefore the hope is to have ONLY qualified persons accepting the terms and conditions here apply.
5. Applicant/Developer is however fully free to ask questions [any questions at all about the project] after demonstrating that he or she has looked at the documentation fully.
