Scanner of Forex pairs ( including Oil and Gold) for certain conditions

Scanner for indicator for All the following conditions:

 1. If close is above a specified moving average:

     Scan  of bars that made new number of days  low with a closing above the highest percentage of the daily range.

      Example: EURUSD bar high is 2.00,  low is 1.00, and close is 1.75,  The closing is at the highest (or more) of the daily range  ( high-Low)which is in this                example is 1.00. AND the low is a new 4 days low ( for example)

2. If close in below a specified moving average:

    scan for bar that made new 4 day;s high with closing at 1.25 or lower ( as per example above) and the high is 4 days high.

input: 1. Moving average period  2. number of bars as new high or low  3. % close of the daily bar range 4. Symbols to scan ( up to 25 )

The scan result for all symbols is to be output in a table for 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 60 minutes, 240 minutes and daily.

ALL scan are done on the LAST CLOSED bar if the current bar final close is still pending.
