NMi Asian Scalper

My name is Adam Liddiard, Trading Director for New Millennium Investments Inc www.new-millenniuminc.com Don't look at it too closely, its not really reflective of entirely what we do and where we are headed. Probably what we are most well know for currently is the NMi Super Scalper EA which has had some very successful periods in its history, and although tick scalping isnt what it used to be it taught us great many practicalities/realities behind scalping especially.

Im now looking to develop a new and ongoing business relationship with a coder here at MQ5......EDIT ; make that 2 coders because sometimes I have more than  one project on the go and I dont like wasting time waiting for one project to be completed before moving onto the next, I can work in paralell on 2 projects (but only just !). NMI intergrates EA systems that "make the grade" (not many) into its business systems and technology, so your code when completed and tested to my satisfaction, will be worked on and be seen by others besides myself within the NMi team if it gets pass the prototype stage (more often it will not). Any extra work or updates required by you therafter, other than bug fixes on your untouched original build, would be a new job and there often will be, such is the nature of a continually focused development effort. Herein I think it requires just a bit more committment from the coder to stay on track.

If you believe this would be a good fit for you (to be NMi's outsourced MQ4 coder of choice) and feel like you'd like to work me and the team @ NMi - who are good and friendly bunch of guys from across the globe that make up NMi (Belgian, Dutch and German, I am Australia) - then these are the qualities Im looking for in a coder - besides being competent in coding (which I assume goes without saying!)

* Number one - Attention to detail. Jobs need to be working correctly the first time as often as possible. Not wanting bunky code that has to be debugged and repeatedly "fixed" afterwards.
* Turn around time as fast possible, no longer than 5 working days from acceptance of job to completed EA, excluding the time it takes for me to revert to you.

* If I make mistakes, which I work to keep as infrequent as possible, remember Im the customer and in my experience - coders make more mistakes than I do ! : ) Any time I cause to be wasted is added onto the turn around time, of course.

* You must fully understand every aspect of the concept before proceding, preferably with a quick skype chat before commencing to confirm/discuss. Dont be guessing, it wastes your time and mine.

* Efficiency of dealings, minimum interaction time between coder and designer required, quick uptake and initiative required.

* Ideally, compentent backtester on 99% tick data and in scalper design+contingencies

* Be willing/able to offer up any obviously required design specs that I dont see/request

* Pref but not essential - be willing/able to offer up design insights/ideas to my designs

* the code must be as compact and efficient as possible. Speed of backtesting for optimization high priority.

It would be great if you took real pride in and are proud of the code that you write, and I like nothing than more than to hear from my partners upon their review that the code is A grade, because that's the standard of what we ultimately deliver to our clients. 

For the right coder with their own designs of high enough standard, there's surely more opportunity with NMi as well.
