EA based on 2 moving average crossovers applied to RSI

Hi there,

I need to get a trading robot to be based on 2 moving averages and applied to RSI as "Previous indicator's data".

As seen in attached pictures, when slower moving average (for example 10 period linear weighted MA, shown with green color line) crosses faster moving average (for example 4 period Exponential MA, shown with red color line) from bottom towards top, a buy trade should be executed. 

And when slower moving average crosses faster moving average from top towards bottom, a sell trade should be executed. 

Trade to exit when moving average lines cross each other again.

Open Parameters

1. Moving average tab should allow to insert desired values with all options shown in attached pictures for a slower and a faster moving average to be applied to RSI.

2. User should have freedom to select "Fixed or Dynamic lot option".

3. Freedom to select the desired time frames.

4. User defined maximum trades at one time. (Max 10).

5. Stop loss must be applied and should be applied according to the ATR value.

6. Trade direction 1. For buy trades 2. For sell trades 3. For buy and sell trades.

7. Can manually close trades any time opened by robot.

8. Should be opened for further improvements.

A developer should also give me a back test report.
