I have a complex EA and I need someone who can modify existing Dashboard EA to open/close orders according to the ZigZag indicator signals

I have a complex EA and I need someone who can modify existing Dashboard EA to open/close orders according to the ZigZag indicator signals :

Following rules:

1. "STS Dashboard EA " panel and Open Trades list

2. Works on ALL timeframes / ALL Currencies

3. ONLY XXXXXXX login id able to open. The login ID is manually set in .mq4 file

2. Closes open trades when 2 options: TP/SL or x$ as profit taget is reached

3. [button] Close ALL open and pending orders

4. Balance, Equity, free margin % and TODAY profit/loss shown in the dashboard

5. Display opened orders

6. Input parameters :

-Trading-
AutoTrading : on/off
Fixed Lot :
Trade Pairs : EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, USDCHF, USDCAD, ETC...
MaxOpenTrades :
TakeProfit : x pips
StopLoss : x pips
OpenOrder : at signal/barclose
CloseAtOppositeSignal : on/off

StartTrading-Hour:Minute
StopTrading-Hour:Minute

7. Filters :

-  check for Trend - higher timeframe check :
if M5 ZZ signal new high and Signal_Bars_v3_Daily M30/H1 down -> SELL
if M5 ZZ signal new low and Signal_Bars_v3_Daily M30/H1 up -> BUY
-  check for NEWS - x min after & x min before
if NEWS x min before or after DON'T trade!
-  check for RSI or Stoch - ?


8. Please advise on best indicator for this strategy : SwingZZ ( if think is better ) or FractalsZigZag
- indicator input settings
- Stoch / RSI settings

At the end the EA should look like the one in pictures, but trading signals should be generated by the new indicator ( SwingZZ or FractalsZigZag ) and cross check with the 7. Filters
Also need .mq4 file with code comments.
Any other ideas of improvements are well appreciated.

Testing will be performed before finalising the payment and win rates should be higher then 70% !
