3 Indicators into an EA

I have three indicators that I am using to trade manually that I would like to have working as an EA.

I have attached a screenshot with the indicators and explaining the system, if you have any further questions please let me know.

I would like some input boxes built into the ea

- 1B image shows the boxes for this part. I would the same input boxes as in the picture, so a box that will be a percentage ( if set to 0 then that function will be off) that will increase by the given percent to increase the size of the trade IF the previous main trade was successful and closed in profit (this will not include top up trades entered after the main signal)

- Number of trades per signal, IF for example 1 lot was selected and you had 3 in the box upon the main signal triggering the ea would open 3 1 lot orders at the same time and same price, they would need to be at the same level on opening

-Fixed take profit/Stop loss These by default should be set to 0 and if on 0 then are off

-Profit lock should have 3 options as listed in 1C image, No profit lock so is off, Cease trading so when the number in the profit lock box ( for example 50 meaning 50 pips) is made the ea will stop for the day, and continue with half lot sizes, so if 50 was is the profit box and the lot size was at 3 and the profit had been made the ea would continue trading at half that 1.5 lots for the remainder of the day, reverting back to the number in the lot size box the following day.

- 1D image is regarding top up trade AFTER the main signal has been generated, you can see what would trigger a top up in image 1A. there should be a option to either turn this feature on or off, a box to specify the top up lot size along with the top up take profit and stop loss again with these if they are set to 0 then that feature will be off. Breakeven function with a on and off function that has the amount of pips to breakeven and in another box the breakeven step. 

-1E refers to times to trade, so the same boxes in the image will be required. with the Trading sessions box it should have three options, trade continuously( if selected this would ignore any times inputted), trade the first session ( will trade the times placed in the FIRST set of boxes only and resume at those times the following day) Trade the second session ( will trade the times placed in the SECOND set of boxes and resume at those times the following day)

The days of the week with options to enable ( if enabled on that day then is ok for EA to work if Disabled then EA shouldn't work.

-Max number of trades I would like that to relate to the number of top up trades the EA can open BEFORE main trade signal is closed by a new main signal.

-Stealth mode needs to be true/false this is function that will hide all take profit and stop losses breakeven etc from the broker the EA will manage all those functions.

- The magic number so the ea know what pair and time frame those orders are relating too. 

-Max spread box, if the spread is over the number in the box no orders are opened until it is under that number

The EA needs to run of four and five digit brokers and micro and standard accounts. If possible I would like the ea NOT to display the indicators used on the chart to display and arrow where signal is generated and order opened the same for any top up trades. 

Each time a trade is opened and closed with main or top up I would like push notification sent again this should be a true or false option. I would like the mql source code upon successful completion please. 

If you could let me know your cost and time to build please.
