Boolinger bands ea for mt5

in atachment there is ea that works on audnzd with mt4, but with some errors - sometimes does not establish trade or limit position, I need ea for MT5 without errors

Sell rule:

When price is over upper boolinger band at the new hour starts (for example exact at 11:00), EA establish sell position and establish selllimit with LOT1 lotsize and with DISTANCE1 over sell position.

When price is under lower boolinger band at the new hour starts, EA cancel sell position + selllimit or cancel both sell positions when price during trade reach selllimit.

Sell position and selllimit will have the same stop loss, and the same take profit from the first sell order.

Buy rule:

Oposit sell rule.

logic of ea is: if price on start of H1 is above boolinger band ea establish sell position and sell limit. if price go on the start of H1 below boolinger band, ea close sell position and establish buy position with buy limit. every position have sl and tp

I need add another boolinger variable for close trade and limit position or trades. one variable for upper boolinger band (establish trade) and another variable for lower boolinger band (close trade and limit position)

I need have 100% ensurance that every trade and limit position will be established and canceled. On MT4 ea sometimes happens that when on market are less ticks at night that ea does not establish or cancel trade. I need exact results in tester and in live trading.I think some errors are because void on tick does not guarantee establish trade like void on timer when market has a little ticks when new hour starts.
