Spécifications

i need someone to create an arrow alert indicator, which on being loaded to the chart will ask for the indicator name and buffer number for the value that is tracked.

for example, take bollinger band %b...indicator name: bollinger band %b.ex5  buffer:0...it will track the value of the indicator

Requirements of said indicator are

1. Levels should be customizable.(in case of  bollinger band %b 0 to 1 and anywhere in between)

2. arrow indicator to show at places where the line crosses set levels. (up arrow for crossing from below and down arrow for crossing from above.)

3. arrow when the value satisfies a criteria. (up arrow when the value has moved up 20% in the last two bars, in case of BB...value of 0.13 moving to value of 0.40 in two bars clears this criteria and so an up arrow is generated. And vice versa for down arrow) ....

pretty much like the alerts from tradingview.com but most importantly with an Arrow.
