Add an alert to the Mass Index Indicator

Hi,

Could someone please add an alert (alert, email and message) to the Mass Index Indicator.

The alert options should be (with true/false options).

It should also have the option to change the levels manually.

1.  When the line crosses AND closes above the 26.5 level.

2.  When the line crosses AND closes above the 27.0 level.

3.  When the line crosses back over the 27.0 level.

The alert should details [CURRENCY PAIR - TIME(hh:mm) - DATE (dd:mm)] for example [GBP/USD - 11:03 - 06/05

I'd also like this to be able to work on ALL currency pairs, without having to have all the currency pair open.

I have the usual 12 open, and so would hope that this would be enough to be alerted to all currency pairs?

The Mass Index Indicator is available for download from the indicator list in MT4.
