Trading Panel with trend and risk management

I will like to somebody to help me with creating a trading indicator /Ea ant with risk management panel and also the same panel will display trend  information using two Moving averages. 

It should have a buy and sell button.

it should have 

1, Customer entry price  with a check box to allow this price line to be drawn on the chart  

2, It should automatically draw SL line using the selected risk option.

3, it  should draw Take profit line  with a check box  and this line should be adjustable on the chart

4, It should have Trend Direction using  two MA 50 and 200 and display this in  "M1  M5  M15  M30  H1  H4  D1  W1  MN"  Up arrow Green  and down Arrow Red

5; Risk options electable using radio buttons

Risk cash Ammount

Risk %  of Equity

Risk %  of balance

6, should display the volume of the trade "volume: 0.01"

7, I should  be able to enter a trade using Buy or sell button on the panel at the Customer entry price (pending order).
