Need Indicator with Arrow+Alert for my strategy here is the details..

the trigger is when

When ONLY the candle wick cross the upper or lower BB line (BB 20 deviation2)

and at the sime time its inside rsi period7 levels 35/65

the candle body and wick cannot cross more then one of the 3 lines of BB it need to cross only the uper or only the lower and not cross middle line of BB

also if the candle was outside the 35/65 in the previous bars it need to wait 4 new bars to consider a new trigger/signal

as you can see at the picture above there is a right one(greenarrow) coz it is inside the level 35 and only the wick is out the BB line

and the other one is a wrong(red arrow) one coz it is outside the 35level

i would like to have the possibilite to choose this configurations

as the period of bb and deviation

also the period and levels of rsi

also historic amount of signals like 10.000bars for example

there is some other filters the i use but i think it would be a little harder to put in the indicator but if you are able to talk about it we can see if its not hard
