Extended Trade History with all informations

maybe my request exist already but i didnt found a suitable solution for this in the web.

I want to be able to download a trade history with ALL informations, including the buy / sell stop levels, the stop and take profit levels of the pending order. Then the price levels these orders had been triggered. These informations are stored in the MT4, but in the journal and the original trade history doesnt show them.I want to have an expanded trade history, including the missing informations.

Example:

The trade history shows for the order just the triggered price level of the order.

The original price level of the pending order (12331,19) is not shown in the trade history but in the journal. In this case the Stop Loss was not triggered and this order hadnt had a Take Profit, but for both its the same principle.

I am not sure if the spread must be included or not, if the pending price level of 12331,19 and the activated price level of 12332,40 means a slippage of 1,21 points or the spread, in this case it is 0,8, must be subtracted, so it is just 0,41 points slippage.

Cause of questions, this is the original trade history, at the red lines additional columns should be added with the missing informations

Update: Cause of question. The additional columns are the original buy stop / sell stop level of the pending order, from example above the 12331,19, the original stop and take profit as they may change when triggered.
